Sabode’s Property Finder Service aims to make the search for your perfect property in the South of France as trouble free and simple as possible. Simply fill in our Property Finder Form which allows us to get to know you, your situation and your property requirements and email it back to us.
We will conduct a thorough search for properties to match your criteria, both from our own books and the books of other estate agencies in the required area. We collaborate with local agents in order to spread the property finder net as wide as possible.
We will organise viewings with you at your convenience, negotiate on your behalf, reach a price that reflects the value of the property, collaborate with notaires, translate contracts and liaise with mortgage advisers if necessary.
At all times we will liaise with you to refine and adjust the search, maintaining a close relationship with you until the final act is signed and the keys of your new home are handed over. We will make sure you have a new contract with the electricity, water and telephone companies and will be happy to celebrate your new home with a nice glass of local wine!

We do not charge a fee for searching for you. All properties for sale in France are presented to buyers at their sales price which already includes the estate agent’s commission. For those clients who wish to engage in this Property Finder Service, we simply ask you to sign a mandate which allows us to act as your agent and to search for properties on your behalf for an agreed period of time.
